There are four easy ways to purchase tickets – by mail, by phone, online or in person.
By mail
To purchase tickets by mail, complete the season ticket order form and mail it with
payment to:

By phone
To purchase tickets by phone, call Missouri State TIX at 417-836-7678 or toll free at 1-888-476-7849.
To pay for tickets when ordering over the phone, please have a MasterCard, Visa, American Express or Discover card available.
Online
To pay for tickets when ordering online, please have a MasterCard, Visa, American Express or Discover card available.
In person
To purchase tickets in person visit any Missouri State TIX box office. Box offices are located in Great Southern Bank Arena, Juanita K. Hammons Hall for the Performing Arts. These locations are open Monday - Friday, 10 a.m. - 3 p.m.
Ticket Delivery Schedule CHANGE
We are excited to have you back for another wonderful Tent Theatre summer season!
In anticipation of our upcoming ticketing system change, we are delaying ticket deliveries
until our new system is up and running. We expect to begin printing tickets sometime
around June 1. All tickets left in Will Call will be available for pickup at the Tent
Box Office the night of your Tent Theatre performance. Mailed tickets will be printed
and sent out on, or around, June 1, 2026.
Craig Hall Box Office CLOSED
Please note that the box office in Craig Hall is closed for building renovations.
