Ticket Exchange Policy

Tent Theatre patrons may exchange their original tickets for a different date of the same production if needed. Refunds for tickets purchased to a Tent Theatre production are not available due to ticket price variances.

To exchange tickets:

• Visit a Missouri State TIX box office in person at least 24 hours prior to the original performance.
• Return original tickets at the time of exchange
• Pay $1 per ticket service charge for all exchanges
